Notation Based on the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions
Effective: May 1, 2026
The following information is published in accordance with Article 11 of Japan’s Act on Specified Commercial Transactions (特定商取引に関する法律). It applies to subscriptions to the Honyaku Service offered by Akatsuki AI Technologies Inc. to customers in Japan.

| Additional fees borne by the customer | Japanese consumption tax and any other applicable taxes are added to the displayed price. Internet access charges and any third-party fees (for example, Slack subscription fees) are borne by the customer. |
| Payment method | Credit card (processed by Stripe). Other payment methods may be agreed individually for Enterprise customers. |
| Payment timing | Subscription fees are charged in advance on the first day of each monthly billing cycle. The first charge for paid plans is processed on completion of checkout (or, if a free trial applies, at the end of the 14-day trial unless the subscription is cancelled before then). |
| Service start / delivery timing | Access to the Service begins immediately upon completion of Slack OAuth installation and (for paid plans) successful payment authorisation. The Service is delivered as a SaaS application; no physical goods are shipped. |
| Returns / cancellation | Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and access continues until then. Fees already paid are non-refundable except in the limited cases set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy (duplicate charges, billing errors, our own service failures, or where mandatory law requires a refund). Because the Service is a digital service whose use can begin immediately upon contract conclusion, the cooling-off rules of the Specified Commercial Transactions Act do not apply. |
| Special conditions | Each plan includes a monthly character cap. When the cap is reached translations are blocked for the remainder of the billing period. The Service is governed by our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. |
| Operating environment | An active Slack workspace and a modern web browser (latest two versions of Chrome, Edge, Safari, or Firefox) are required. |
